Digital Accessibility Readiness Pathway

March 16–August 14, 2026 | Master the latest accessibility standards through expert-guided, flexible learning. Register by April 30 to complete any or all of the self-paced workshops by July 31.

The April 2026 WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility deadline is fast approaching. Ensuring that faculty can design and deliver accessible digital learning experiences is now an immediate priority for many institutions, especially as summer and fall course builds get underway. This pathway is designed to help you move from awareness to implementation in a way that is realistic, scalable, and supportive of your teams.

The Digital Accessibility Readiness Pathway is a series of six professional development workshops that provides institutions with a rapid, coordinated way to prepare faculty and instructional teams for WCAG-aligned practice. Participants focus on building accessible materials as they design courses, so accessibility becomes part of everyday work rather than an extra project.

Participants learn how to:
✔ Build accessible course materials while courses are being developed
✔ Apply WCAG-aligned practices immediately
✔ Reduce remediation workload across departments
✔ Expand accessibility expertise beyond a single office

Institutions commonly enroll faculty cohorts, instructional design teams, or departmental accessibility champions to expand implementation quickly and consistently.
